Hey Mama!
Just about 10 years ago, my journey into birth-work began when I didn’t know what a Doula was. It was through my personal birth experiences, communal interactions and advocacy that I decided to delve deeper and become a formally trained Doula providing evidence-based and cultural competent support to birthing people.
As a doula, I walk hand-in-hand with my clients as an integral member of the birth team to ensure they have a safe and successful birth experience. I ensure that my clients feel supported and empowered as they welcome new life.
A doula is a person who supports a birthing or postpartum person by providing informational, physical, emotional and relational support during the journey & transition into parenthood.
Whether this is your first or fifth, each pregnancy is a unique experience and should be treated as such.

Birth and Postpartum Support.
With our guidance, we offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during and after birth. Outside of scheduled sessions, we routinely check how you’re doing and step in with anything you might need.

Whether you have 4 weeks or a few days, we are here to support your Childbirth Education needs. We offer a full series and individual classes covering the below topics:
● Pregnancy
● Labor and birth
● The early postpartum period
● Medication and anesthesia
● The basics of Cesarean birth
Breastfeeding is introduced, but not fully covered. A separate class is recommended.
